The activity emphasized the importance of awareness, compassion, and solidarity for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through meaningful messages and inspiring testimonies shared by persons living with HIV/AIDS. It also served as a reminder of the community’s shared responsibility in promoting understanding, hope, and support for those affected by the disease. 🤝

Through this participation, the Valenzuela City Jail – Male Dormitory strengthens its commitment to fostering empathy, raising awareness, and promoting a community that values dignity, understanding, and support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.

During the interview, the accomplishments, best practices, and welfare and development initiatives of the Valenzuela City Jail – Male Dormitory for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) were highlighted. The discussion aimed to promote public awareness, strengthen community relations, and emphasize the Bureau’s commitment to rehabilitation and reformation programs.

Under the exemplary leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐆𝐈𝐋𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓 𝐁 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐀𝐃, 𝐓𝐋𝐏𝐄, City Jail Warden, the Valenzuela City Jail – Male Dormitory successfully conducted the Summer Sports Fest 2026 Closing and Awarding Ceremony, highlighting camaraderie, sportsmanship, and unity among Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

The activity formally concluded the Summer Sports Fest 2026 and served as a recognition of the active participation, teamwork, and discipline demonstrated by the players throughout the event. Cash prizes converted into coupons were awarded to the winning players as a gesture of recognition and encouragement.

Furthermore, 𝐒𝐉𝐎𝟐 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐋 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚, Officer of the Day, delivered the closing remarks, expressing his sincere appreciation to all individuals who contributed to the success of the activity. The successful conduct of the program was made possible through the cooperation, teamwork, and dedication of the organizers, participants, staff, and supporters.

The event was properly supervised by jail personnel and organizers, ensuring the orderly conduct of the activity and adherence to facility guidelines. No untoward incident transpired before, during, or after the program, reflecting the discipline, cooperation, and unity of all participants. 🏅🎉
