Bilang pakikiisa sa 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), nagsagawa ng isang poster-making contest ang City Social Welfare and Development Office noong December 9 sa City Hall, AVR 3A, na tinawag na "𝐕𝐀𝐖-𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧: 𝐀𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐕𝐀𝐖 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥." Dito, hinikayat ang kada barangay sa Valenzuela na magpadala ng isang representative upang lumahok sa patimpalak. Ito ay naglalayong maipamalas ang husay ng mga Valenzuelano sa sining alinsunod sa temang "𝗨𝗡𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗩𝗔𝗪-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀."

Kaugnay nito, narito ang finished outputs ng labing-isang barangay na lumahok. Para sa 𝟭𝟬% 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 na bubuo sa 100% sa criteria for judging, inaanyayahan ang lahat na 𝗺𝗮𝗴-𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚, 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝗼 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 sa nagustuhang poster. 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻 ang 𝙬𝙤𝙬 at 𝙝𝙖𝙝𝙖 reactions. Ang pagboto ay bukas lamang 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭, 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗣𝗠.
