The Worker's Affairs Office (WAO) and the Valenzuela City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (VCTIPC), in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment – Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch (RCMB) – National Capital Region (NCR) and the Barangay Labor and Employment Committee (BLEC), conducted the First Batch of the Series of Cluster-Wide Orientation Seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms on March 24, 2026, at the Lawang Bato Events Space.

A total of 74 participants from 68 companies attended the seminar, with the theme "Harmony in Action: Empowering Workplaces, Engaging Communities," which aimed to strengthen workplace harmony and compliance through discussions on the topics "Navigating Compliance the ADR Way," "Discipline Done Right: Understanding the Administrative Process," and "Leave Rights of Women: Exploring the Magna Carta and More."

PUBLIC ADVISORY: Epektibo simula Marso 23, 2026, alinsunod sa Executive Order no. 2026-018, Series of 2026, ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Valenzuela ay magpapatupad ng four (4)-day workweek arrangement at iba pang angkop na flexible work arrangements upang mabawasan ang pagkonsumo sa kuryente at gasolina bilang tugon sa tensyon na nangyayari sa Middle East na nakakaapekto sa ating pambansang ekonomiya. Ang hakbang na ito ay bahagi ng ating kampanya para sa isang pamamahalang makakalikasan, nang hindi nakokompromiso ang mabilis at mahusay na paghahatid ng serbisyo publiko. The Occupational Safety and Health Center is offering a 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝟒𝟎-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐇 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 on 12-16 January 2026 via Zoom.

This free online training is in line with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Department Order No. 252 that strengthens compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards and better acquaint companies from general industries to successfully promote the safety & health of workers in the private sector.

The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Workers’ Affairs Office (WAO), together with the Valenzuela City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (VCTIPC) and the Association of Companies with Safety and Health Officers Network in Valenzuela City (ACSHON), conducted an Orientation Seminar on the PhilHealth Yaman sa Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Department Order No. 252, Series of 2025, or the “Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11058, An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof,” on October 21, 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A total of 127 Safety and Health Officers and Human Resource personnel from various companies in Valenzuela City attended the seminar, which aimed to promote safe and healthy workplaces.

This cancellation applies to the following barangays:
