Sitio Kabayunan continues to struggle with limited access to basic medical services, and this initiative marks our first step toward sustained and meaningful care.

We are currently in need of:

-Medicines and vitamins for adults and children
-Basic first aid kits and medical supplies (to be donated to the community)

COLORECTAL CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 💙

Alam mo ba? This March, we shine a light on Colorectal Cancer — isang sakit na maaaring maiwasan at magamot agad kung maagang matutukoy.

Kadalasan ay tahimik ang mga sintomas, kaya mahalagang maging mapagmatyag at makinig sa sariling katawan.

📌 Mga senyales na dapat bantayan:
• Pagbabago sa pagdumi (constipation or diarrhea)
• Pagkakaroon ng dugo sa dumi
• Hindi maipaliwanag na pagbaba ng timbang

📌 Sino ang mas mataas ang risk?
• May family history ng colorectal cancer
• Hindi balanseng pagkain (low fiber, mataas sa processed food)
• Sedentary lifestyle

💡 Real talk:
Maaaring nakakatakot ang screening tulad ng colonoscopy, pero ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang para sa pagtuklas at pag-iwas. Early detection saves lives.

On March 8, 2026, the Philippine Medical Students’ Association (PMSA) conducted a Medical and Surgical Mission at PAREF Rosehill School, Inc., Antipolo, Rizal, bringing together dedicated volunteers and healthcare professionals united by a common goal—to extend care, healing, and support to the community.

We are deeply thankful to all the doctors, volunteers, partners, and organizers who generously offered their time, expertise, and dedication to make this mission possible. Through your efforts, we were able to reach and serve many individuals in need.

We are grateful to everyone who took part in this meaningful initiative and helped embody the true spirit of service, leadership, and solidarity.

From January 23–27, 2026, we were given the privilege of reaching and serving communities in Zambales, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Quezon through our Medical, Dental, and Surgical Mission.
