Important Announcement on April 29,2013 a joint program with Special Olympics Philippines, Lions Club International, Opening Eyes, together with City Government of Valenzuela City and Disabled Persons Affairs Committee with the Action Officer Miss Dorothy Go Evangelista would like to invite everyone to be a part of this program children and adults with intellectual disabilities in Valenzuela to come for a vision screening.
