ππ«ππ§ ππ‘π§ππ₯π©πππͺ 2026 | Demonstrating academic excellence and professional readiness, the Our Lady of Fatima University β College of Criminal Justice successfully conducted its Exit Interview among Practicum Students as part of the culmination of their On-the-Job Training journey.
The activity served as a comprehensive assessment designed to measure and strengthen the knowledge, competencies, and practical experiences gained by the students throughout the entire duration of their practicum deployment. Through rigorous questioning, situational analysis, and professional evaluation, the students were able to apply and integrate their academic foundations across the six major areas of Criminology, namely: Criminal Sociology, Correctional Administration, Criminal Jurisprudence and Procedure, Criminal Detection and Investigation, Criminalistics, and Law Enforcement Administration.
The Exit Interview likewise highlighted the studentsβ ability to demonstrate critical thinking, professionalism, ethical judgment, communication skills, and practical application of criminological theories in real-life scenarios encountered during their field exposure. It became a platform for future criminologists to reflect on their growth, showcase their acquired competencies, and prepare themselves for greater responsibilities in the field of criminal justice and public service.
The successful conduct of this activity reflects the unwavering commitment of the College of Criminal Justice in producing competent, disciplined, and service-oriented professionals who are academically prepared and globally competitive.
