The Sangguniang Kabataan of Sta. Elena successfully conducted the FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar on September 1–2, 2026, as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the partnership of the Municipal Police Station of Virac, headed by PMAJ Kenneth Ding C. Gutierrez, and the Land Transportation Office – Virac District Office, headed by Mr. Gerard A. Martinez.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the Barangay Council of Sta. Elena, Marcelo Alberto, and Lanao for their support in providing assistance and support for the program.

A special thank you to Municipal Councilor Hon. Angelo Piolo M. Laynes for his continuous support and for being one of the valued partners of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 of SK Sta. Elena. Your unwavering support for the youth is truly appreciated!

We would also like to give our special and heartfelt thanks to PMSG Antonino Aquino, who took the initiative to coordinate and organize this program. Without his initiative, dedication, and efforts in bringing the different agencies together, this activity would not have been realized. Thank you for making this opportunity possible for our youth!
