Please be informed that the Online Local Shipping Permit Issuance System (OLSPIS) will be undergoing scheduled system maintenance starting 12:00 AM on April 9, 2025, until 12:00 AM on April 10, 2025. During this 24-hour period, the OLSPIS platform will be temporarily inaccessible and users will be unable to submit, process and access their local shipping permit applications online.
