The Career Service Examination for Foreign Service Officer (CSE-FSO) results are now available. Examinees who took the exam on 25 January 2026 may view the official results starting 6 March 2026 on the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website.

Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) on or before 16 March 2026.

Only the official List of Passers/Eligibles posted on the CSC website is official. The CSC advises the public not to rely on results shared by unofficial websites or social media pages using the CSC name without authorization.

Applicants are advised to file their exam application at their chosen filing location in the CSC eSERVE. Cross-site submission shall not be entertained.

We strictly implement the NO CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT BOOKING, NO PROCESSING OF EXAM APPLICATION.

Failure to appear on the scheduled appointment shall result in forfeiture of the slot and the applicant shall be required to book a new appointment.

HOW TO SECURE A SLOT:
To file for exam application and to book an appointment, scan the QR code provided to access the CSC eServe, which will be accessible starting 07 March 2026 at 08:00 AM.

In using the CSC eServe, applicants should refer to, and be properly guided, by the CSC eServe User’s Manual.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. DOWNLOADED application form from CSC eServe. Printed in white folio size(8.5” × 13”) bondpaper, fit to printable area.
2. Four (4) pieces of identical ID pictures
3. One original and photocopy of valid ID Card
4. Examination fee of Seven Hundred Pesos [PhP700.00]
