In faithful compliance with the mandate of the CPADS Student Council Local Government Code, the CPADS College Student Council formally submitted its 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 (𝗢𝗦𝗔) 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The submission was led by 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗠. 𝗛𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼, together with the 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, as part of the Council’s continuing commitment to transparent and accountable governance.📑

The Council continues to uphold its duty to ensure that all financial operations, expenditures, and accomplishments are properly documented, reported, and made accountable to both the student body and the University administration.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳🧑‍💼💼

The air was filled with anticipation and ambition as the pioneering and incoming 4th Year Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) students gathered for their highly anticipated Pre-Orientation Practicum. This milestone event marked the official beginning of their transition from the classroom to the frontlines of public service and governance. 🏛️✨

The pre-orientation was discussed and facilitated by the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗦. 𝗭𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮 on May 15, 2026 at CPADS GF. The session was designed to introduce the BPA students to the necessary preparations for their On-the-Job Training (OJT), including the expenses for uniforms, nameplates, and their official design. In addition, the expected schedules and partner agencies of WMSU-CPADS, where the students will be deployed, were also presented. He further emphasized the importance of understanding organizational hierarchies and mastering administrative efficiency as part of their preparation for the practicum journey ahead. 🗺️🚀

A heartfelt and special thanks goes to Mr. Cedrick S. Zabala for taking center stage in leading the discussion with clarity, expertise, and dedication.

As these pioneering Sentinel students prepare to enter various government offices, they carry with them not only their academic knowledge but also a renewed sense of purpose. The Pre-Orientation was not merely about rules and regulations; it was also about fostering the confidence and professionalism needed to become the next generation of effective public administrators. 📈

In addition, the 𝗖𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗠. 𝗛𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼, also presented its 2nd Semester Council Report, highlighting the various accomplishments achieved within the college and the wider WMSU community. Furthermore, the council emphasized its identity as the “Home of Good Governance,” carrying the values and principles of transparency, accountability, and participative governance.🏛️⚖️

Moreover, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗠𝗵𝗮𝗲-𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗖𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, presented the council’s financial report, including all recorded expenses throughout the council’s term and the remaining funds as the student council prepares to proceed into the Academic Year 2026–2027.📚💸
