Participation in the orientation demonstrated the barangay’s commitment to being proactive in cultural and tourism activities and creating a positive impact on the community. This opportunity is a step toward a more successful and well-organized festival in the future.

The PYAP (Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines) Federation of Vitali District successfully conducted its 4th Regular Meeting using parliamentary procedure, reinforcing discipline, order, and leadership among its members. The meeting embraced the theme “𝑼𝒏 𝑫𝒊𝒂 𝑫𝒆𝒉 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐: 𝑯𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒖 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒍 𝑷𝒀𝑨𝑷 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒆”, which celebrates cultural unity and linguistic diversity within the district.

The event was held at Barangay Tictapul, bringing together youth leaders and representatives from various barangays within the Vitali District. It served as a platform to discuss organizational matters, upcoming projects, and youth concerns in alignment with the PYAP’s mission of empowering young individuals through active civic involvement.

The meeting was presided over by 𝐅𝐎7 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏 𝐅𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐄𝐉𝐀𝐘 𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐒, who ensured that the session followed proper parliamentary procedures. His leadership encouraged active participation, transparency, and adherence to democratic principles during the discussions.

A special acknowledgment is extended to the generous food sponsors who made the gathering more enjoyable and meaningful: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐩𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐢𝐯𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬, and 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐲. Appreciation is also given to 𝐊𝐚𝐩. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐨 “𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝” 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐳 for providing the transportation vehicle used during the event, demonstrating strong support for youth initiatives in the district.

Aside from the formal proceedings, the gathering also fostered camaraderie and solidarity among the youth as they reflected on the importance of preserving their local dialects and cultural heritage. The event exemplified the youth's commitment not only to personal growth but also to community and cultural development.
