Pursuant to Administrative Order No. KHYM-026-2026, Series of 2026, the Office of the City Treasurer, located at the Ground Floor of City Hall, shall be open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

However, the collection and disbursement counters shall remain operational from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Please be guided accordingly.

Reminder to All Real Property Owners and Administrators:
Please pay your Real Property Tax on or before March 31, 2026 to avail of a 10% discount.

Alternatively, you may settle your tax in four (4) equal installments, without interest, according to the following payment schedule.

1st Quarter – on or before March 31, 2026

2nd Quarter – on or before June 30, 2026

3rd Quarter – on or before September 30, 2026

4th Quarter – on or before December 31, 2026

The Zamboanga City Treasurer’s Office (City Hall Main Office) will accept payments for Real Property Tax on the following SATURDAYS from 8am to 5pm:

March 15, 2025
March 22, 2025
March 29, 2025

Real Property Tax Assessment will also be available on the said dates. For property owners, just bring old receipts or photocopy of the Tax Declaration. However, for representatives, kindly provide our office the authorization letter duly signed by the property owner/s, along with one (1) valid ID of the property owner/s and their representative.

TAX AMNESTY ON REAL PROPERTY TAX

The Zamboanga City Treasurer’s Office is encouraging all delinquent real property owners and administrators to avail of the TAX AMNESTY starting February 03, 2025. Based on City Ordinance 697 or the Real Property Tax Amnesty of 2025, which was approved on January 22, 2025, all unpaid real property taxes in Zamboanga City accruing from December 31, 2024 and prior years shall be exempted from the payment of penalties.

You may avail the tax amnesty on a one-time payment or installment basis until June 30, 2026. All unpaid real property taxes after December 31, 2024 shall incur a penalty of 2% monthly but shall not exceed 72% or 36 months.

The City Goverment Payment Center located at SM City Mindpro will accept payments on Real Property Tax, Business Tax and other fees and fines on the following dates from 10am to 5pm:

December 28, 2024 (Saturday)
December 30, 2024 (Monday)
December 31, 2024 (Tuesday)

For Real Property Tax payment, kindly present a recent Statement of Account.
