For those who have successfully registered and received a confirmation message, we invite you to visit the museum, continue the challenge, and get the chance to win the NMP Passport!

For visitors who were not able to register, do not worry—we also have exciting activities and experiences waiting for you at the museum. Plus, special museum tokens await participants who will actively join the activities throughout the celebration.

Join us for 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 on 𝟭𝟴 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, from 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟰:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at the Museum Courtyard. Artists, students, and museum enthusiasts are invited to spend the day sketching and drawing inspired by the beauty and history of Fort Pilar, a National Cultural Treasure.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, this free activity welcomes everyone who wishes to explore art through heritage and experience the museum in a creative way.

Each week features exciting activities such as storytelling using Filipino-authored books from the Book Nook collection of the National Book Development Board - Philippines, plus coloring activities, games, and other creative surprises for all ages.

In celebration of National Heritage Month, the National Museum of the Philippines – Zamboanga invites everyone ages 18 and above to join the “𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻: 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽” on 𝟮𝟱 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 – 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at the Function Hall of NMP Zamboanga.

“𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻” is an annual workshop series that aims to promote, appreciate, and look forward to the preservation of the country’s rich Intangible Cultural Heritage. For its first series, the program features 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗸, a traditional Yakan cultural expression associated with graceful movement, identity, and ceremonial artistry practiced in the Sulu Archipelago. Through lecture and demonstration sessions, participants will gain deeper understanding and appreciation of this enduring cultural practice.
