By the grace of Allah and as per vision of Honorable The Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar, for providing inexpensive and speedy Justice to the people at their door step, adjudication of civil disputes has been started in the Court of Civil Judge at Miranshah District North Waziristan and first date of hearing in eight civil cases will be on 23-01-2025 In Sha Allah. This step will minimize the agonies of poor litigants of District North Waziristan and strengthen the trust in Judicial System.
