District Public Prosecutor Office Lower Chitral

A coordination meeting was held on 28-06-2025 chaired by the District Public Prosecutor (DPP), Mr. Ahmad Zeb Shah at the the office of SP investigation Lower Chitral. The meeting was attended by prosecution officer SP investigation and all the investigation team of District Lower Chitral.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to enhance cooperation between police and prosecution for efficient justice delivery.

The case FIR No. 46 dated 04-02-2023 U/S 9-D CNSA KP 2019 PS Chitral City was pending for trial before the court of Sessions Judge Court Lower Chitral, where Senior Public Prosecutor Mr. Muhammad Afzal Khan after conclusion of prosecution evidence proved the case beyond shadow of doubt against the accused and the court convicted the accused for life imprisonment and fine 5 lac rupees.
