Tree Plantation

Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club organized a Tree Plantation Drive on 14 April 2026 at Government M C Girls High School, B-Block (near Rehmania School), to promote environmental awareness and greenery.
The event was attended by CEO Education, Chairman All Pakistan Private Schools Association Khalid Hayat Kamoaka, PP Lion Azhar Iqbal, Lion Muhammad Tahir, Lion Muhammad Zulqarnain, and other club members. Together, they planted around 50 saplings within the school premises. During this time, efforts were made to have these plants planted by children so that they would be aware of the importance of frontation. Water Awareness Seminar
Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club
Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club organised a Water Awareness Seminar at Government MC Girls High School, Jhall Khanwana, to highlight the importance of water conservation.
On this occasion, Lion M. Ismail Qamar delivered an informative talk on the significance of water, its benefits, and practical ways to reduce its wastage in daily life. He emphasised that “Water is life; without water, there is no life”, and encouraged students to use water wisely to preserve it for future generations.
The seminar was well-received by the participants and reflected the club’s commitment towards promoting awareness on important environmental issues.

Uniform Distribution Ceremony
Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club
Dated: 14 April 2026
Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club organised a Uniform Distribution Ceremony on 14 April 2026 at Govt. M C Girls High School, Chenone Road (Opposite Al-Fatah Ground), where uniforms and notebooks were distributed among 150 deserving students.
The event was graced by C. O Education Rao Abdul Kareem, D. O Education Ali Ahmed Sian, Chairman APPSA Khalid Hayat Kamoka, Lion Munir Ashraf, Project Chairperson Lion M. Tahir, Zone Chairperson Lion Ali Murtaza, along with a large number of club members.
The ceremony was conducted in a dignified and well-organised manner. The Education Department highly appreciated the efforts of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club and acknowledged its continuous commitment to serving humanity through education.
Lion Munir Ashraf played a key role in the successful ex*****on of this project. The school principal also expressed heartfelt thanks to all members, especially Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, for their generous support.

Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club organised a Hunger Relief Project on 14 April 2026 to support underprivileged individuals.
Food was distributed among deserving people to help reduce hunger and provide immediate relief. Club members actively participated and ensured the activity was carried out in a well-organised manner.

Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club continues its strong commitment to the noble cause of education by providing regular financial support to the Nexus Free School and Nexus Girls Free School. On 14 April 2026, the club once again presented a cheque to cover the monthly expenses of both institutions.
This ongoing initiative reflects the club’s dedication to ensuring uninterrupted educational opportunities for underprivileged children. By consistently bearing the operational costs of these schools, Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club is playing a vital role in shaping a brighter future for the next generation.
The club firmly believes that education is the foundation of a progressive society, and it is working tirelessly day and night to promote learning and development within the community.
This meaningful project is being efficiently led by Project Chairperson Lion Naqash Farooq, whose efforts and leadership have been instrumental in maintaining the continuity and success of this initiative.

On behalf of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, a Hunger Relief Project was once again organised at Lions House, Ideal Town, Gilgit Road, Faisalabad.
During this activity, food was distributed among approximately eighty deserving individuals.
This is a regular project of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, which is carried out consistently. Lion Naqash Farooq, as the Project Chairperson, is performing this responsibility with great dedication and efficiency.
On this occasion, the Club Secretary, Lion Muhammad Saleem, paid tribute to Lion Naqash Farooq and appreciated his efforts. While expressing his views, he stated that Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club is always committed to serving humanity. He further added that the projects which could not be carried out during Ramadan are now being completed in the month of April.

Project: Dowry Distribution

Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club has always played an active and leading role in serving humanity.
With this noble purpose, a dowry distribution project was recently carried out for a deserving girl. The project was organised at the furniture market on Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad, where essential household items were provided to the beneficiary. These included a bed, showcase, table, chairs, and other necessary items.
On this occasion, the Project Chairperson, Lion Naqash Farooq, conducted the project with great dedication and grace.
President Lion Ismail Qamar, while expressing his views, stated that Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club always stands shoulder to shoulder with those in need. He further added that wherever there is a need, the club members step forward to help. This dowry distribution project was organised with the same spirit of compassion and service.

Nexus Lions Club conducted its weekly Hunger Relief Project on Monday at Line House, Ideal Town, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. This initiative is regularly organised every Monday as part of the club’s ongoing commitment to community welfare.
Under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion Naqash Farooq, along with dedicated team members, food was distributed among approximately eighty deserving individuals.
The club continues to carry out this project on a consistent weekly basis, reflecting its strong commitment to humanitarian service. The Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club remains steadfast in its mission to serve humanity and strives to ensure that no individual goes to bed hungry.

Activity No. 1 – Tree Plantation Project
Project Chairperson: Line Muneer Ashraf
Recently, under the supervision of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, the Chairperson of the Tree Plantation Project, Lion Muneer Ashraf, initiated plantation activities at various locations. Representing the club, he carried out tree plantation in different areas, including Sheikh Colony.
He not only planted trees but also ensured proper arrangements for watering and their care.
On this occasion, the President of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, Lion M. Ismail Qamar, expressed his views and said that a “Green Pakistan” is the dream of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club. He appreciated the services of Lion Muneer Ashraf and said that he has a passion for planting trees. Wherever he finds space, he plants trees.
He paid tribute to her efforts and stated that Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club highly values and appreciates his dedication and commitment.

Activity No. 2 – Tree Plantation Project
Location: Gulfisha Colony, Jhang Road
Project Chairperson: Line Muneer Ashraf
Continuing the tree plantation campaign, Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club initiated plantation activities in different areas of Gulfisha Colony, Jhang Road.
Chairperson Lion Muneer Ashraf, along with his team, planted trees wherever they found empty spaces. They covered grounds, parks, and roadside areas, leaving no suitable place without plantation. With tireless effort and dedication, they continued this activity day and night.
It is important to note that these plants are not only planted but are also properly taken care of afterward, including regular watering and maintenance.
On this occasion, the President of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, Lion M. Ismail Qamar, and Secretary Line M. Saleem stated that Lion Muneer Ashraf is making continuous efforts to make the country green, and the club highly appreciates his dedication.
They further added that the tree plantation campaign of Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club is at its peak, and Insha’Allah, more than 500 plants will be planted this season.

Activity No. 3 – Tree Plantation Project
Location: Usama Bin Zaid School and Surrounding Areas
Project Chairperson: Lion Muneer Ashraf
Continuing the tree plantation campaign, Chairperson Line Muneer Ashraf, along with his team from Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club, visited Usama Bin Zaid School and its surrounding areas to carry out plantation activities.
They planted trees wherever space was available, covering streets, neighbourhoods, parks, and grounds. No suitable place was left without plantation, reflecting their strong commitment and dedication.
Chairperson Line Muneer Ashraf stated that, in lhe light of the vision of President Lion M. Ismail Qamar, the club is actively working on the mission of “Green Punjab, Green Pakistan.” he encouraged all members to identify locations for plantation, assuring that the team will plant trees wherever space is available.
She further added that the club is committed to achieving the target of planting 500 trees during this season, as assigned by the President. It is important to note that these are not small plants; each plant is at least six feet tall, ensuring faster growth into strong trees that will benefit the environment and the community.
On this occasion, President Lion M. Ismail Qamar appreciated the efforts of Lion Muneer Ashraf and his team, and paid tribute to their dedication. Zone Chairperson Lion Ali Murtaza also praised the initiative and commended the Faisalabad Nexus Lions Club for their valuable contribution.
