کشمیر میں دودھ کو دہی بنانے کے لیے ٹھنڈے چشموں پر اس طرح سے جگہ بنا کر وہاں پر دودھ کو رکھ دیا جاتا ہے جو کہ کچھ دنوں کے بعد دہی بن جاتا ہے.یہ عموماً ڈھوک (بہک) میں جب ہوتے ہیں وہاں پر کیا جاتا ہے.
یہ آپ کو رتی گلی یا بابون ٹاپ جاتے ہوۓ دیکھنے مل سکتا ہے

May His Soul Rest in Peace.
I would also request not to share pictures of his dead body, he was brutally crushed under a truck.
