The site of Gomal Zam Dam at Khjori Kach, South Waziristan Agency of Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan was first envisioned by four British officers of the Royal Corps of Engineers in 1898 and surveys were carried out. The Government of Pakistan approved the construction of the dam in August 1963 and preparatory work was commenced. However, it was stopped due to the outbreak of the 1965 Indo-Pak War and by subsequent budgetary constraints. Construction of the dam began in August 2001 and was completed in April 2011. The powerhouse was completed in March 2013 and electricity production started in August 2013. Gomal Zam Dam is a multi-purpose gravity dam. The dam impounds the Gomal River, a tributary of the Indus River where the Gomal River passes through a narrow ravine. The purpose of the dam is irrigation, flood control and hydroelectric power generation.

Visible from many miles in the Cholistan Desert, Derawar Fort is a large square fortress in Ahmadpur, Punjab, Pakistan. The location is around 130 km southward from the city of Bahawalpur.

Built in 1964, the symbol of freedom Bab-e-Khyber is the famous post-independence structure of Khyber Agency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The land of Khyber remained as the centre stage of the foreign invaders for ages but since this Green & White Flag is standing tall at this monument, no foreign invader can think of entering this region. Salute to the sons of the soil for maintaining the peace in the land.

An aerial glance of 100 years old double stage bridge located in Attock Khurd, KPK Pakistan. This master piece is still working fine as the trains between Rawalpindi and Peshawar are still going through this bridge however the lower floor of this bridge is closed for general transport.
