Michelin has been working on airless tires for more than 10 years, and their unique design, which resembles toy car wheels, attracted attention at the Munich auto show.

Despite the initial curiosity, passengers responded positively to the new technology, which pleased Michelin's technical and scientific communications director Cyrille Roget.

He expressed his satisfaction with the passengers' feedback, as they reported feeling no difference between the airless tires and conventional ones.Michelin sees the UPTIS (Unique Puncture Proof Tire System) as a crucial move towards sustainability.

By eliminating the need for air, these tires are more durable and less prone to punctures. This feature extends their lifespan, which ultimately reduces the number of tires that need to be produced, helping to minimize waste.

There are a number of world heritage sites present in Pakistan and Taxila is one of them.
