Pak Health Consultants is launching a structured clinical analytics initiative focused on hypertension and diabetes, two high-burden conditions that significantly influence clinical outcomes, readmissions, length of stay and long-term service utilisation.

We are inviting selected partner hospitals to participate in a collaborative six-month retrospective analysis designed to deliver tangible institutional benefits, including:

• Improved risk stratification and early identification of high-risk patients
• Enhanced follow-up pathways to reduce avoidable complications
• Strenthened chronic disease management frameworks
• Opportunities to optimise coding accuracy and service capture
• Data-driven insights to support accreditation, quality reporting, and strategic planning

What We Are Proposing

We request six months of retrospective data for:

• Newly diagnosed hypertensive patients
• Newly diagnosed diabetic patients
• Patients with established hypertension and/or diabetes

Specifically, we would analyse:

• Diagnosis and DRG coding information
• Clinical encounter patterns
• Blood pressure trends
• Relevant laboratory data (HbA1c, renal function, lipids)
• BMI
• Medication regimens
• Documented clinical indicators

What Your Hospital Receives

In return, participating hospitals will receive:

• A structured cohort analysis report with actionable recommendations
• Risk segmentation dashboards highlighting high-priority patient groups
• Identification of potential documentation or coding optimisation opportunities
• Gap analysis in follow-up compliance and chronic care pathways
• Executive-level summary suitable for governance or board reporting

Our objective is to support hospitals in strengthening chronic disease performance while improving both clinical and operational outcomes.

Governance & Data Protection

All data will be handled under a formal data governance framework with appropriate de-identification protocols and confidentiality safeguards. A detailed project outline and data protection structure can be shared in advance of participation.
