Management Committee of the society is hereby dissolved under Rule 59 of Islamabad Co-operative Societies Rules, 2018 and Ms. Maheen Hassan, Assistant Commissioner (City) ICT Islamabad is appointed as Administrator of the Society, for the period of 60 days or until holding of fresh elections of the Society vide Notification No 2632/CR/ICT/B dated 18-08-2025.

Explanations and Clarification in respect of Proposed Affiliation Agreement (Plot Against Land) with M/s Faisal Town. Consent Form has been sent to members who are still out of RDA approved Layout Plan. Members are requested to exercise their written option by 31-01-2025.

Members with settled plots and inside 2705 Kanal approved LOP are not relevant hence not being asked to opt.
