We should know how to handle not only how to handle success, How to handle the failures particularly if you're in the management environment like Wharton yet want the young people to understand how to manage the failure, Because any task we do we r to come Across problem, Problem should not become the captain of the individual OR the project chief. The project chief should become the captain of the problem and Defeat the problem and Succeed.
The point of this post is that no problem should overwhelm me, but I should be able to overcome the problem by myself to get success..
