The PCS/PMS Sindh and All Pakistan Provincial Civil Services Association (APPCSA) Sindh Chapter condemn this biased statement of Federal state Minister which is an aim for trampling the constitutional and lawful mandate of the provincial legislature and such letter of Shehzad Akbar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister is against Section-10 of the Civil Servant Act, 1973 read with Article 25 & Article 27 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and also an overreach to the provincial legislature where the rights of Civil Servants are guaranteed under the law and constitution.

Mr. Noor Muhammad Jadmani, Chairman SPSC, has brought many reforms in SPSC and has given many brilliant officers to Sindh province. During his tenure, SPSC has announced thousands of jobs which have been given to many competitive, and hardworking candidates on Merit.
Furthermore, through his dedicated efforts CCE outdated syllabus has been updated, CCE Exam is being conducted every Year, jobs related to every profession/field are being announced every month and direct appointment to DSP posts has been made through SPSC.
However, since last few days ongoing negative propaganda against SPSC, its exams and its representatives is totally baseless. It seems every possible effort is being made by negative elements to make mountain out of a molehill.
PMSA Sindh condemns such a baseless propaganda being launched to defame SPSC; and it appreciates Chairman SPSC for ensuring merit in SPSC CCE & General Exams.

PMS Sindh heartily congratulates to all CCE 2019 qualifiers on achieving such a prestigious position of becoming part of Sindh Provincial Bureaucracy.
PMS Sindh intends to work with CCE 2019 qualifiers at all forums for strengthening the hands of Sindh Government to ensure maximum public services.

Provinces have exclusive legislative, financial, and executive authority on provincial posts under Articles 240 (b),142(c),137, 129, 97 & 121(b) of the Constitution of Pakistan.
Illegal Notification, allowing Establishment Division Islamabad to exercise federal executive authority on constitutional matters of provinces may be withdrawn.
Prime Minister Pakistan is requested to repeal this illegal Notification issued under illegal SRO (1046)1 2020 that violates the constitution of Pakistan.

Under HEC directives all Universities in Sindh have been re-opened for physical teaching. Hence, PMS Officers under online Training demand provision of physical classes, Military attachment & Official tours with the proper arrangements of SOPs.
Good future is affiliated with good training.
Only Slide Share practice can’t give learned minds. Chief Secretary Sindh and Secretary TMR Wing SGA&CD are requested to consider this genuine demand of PMS Officers.

Today, PMSA General Body meeting has been held at SSOWA Office Sindh Secretariat, demanding for the conduction of Physical Academic Training & AC UTship of Sindh PMS Officers (Revenue + Secretariat officers) on earlier basis.

Sindh is a land of well preserved Architectural heritages, ancient places, Saints & Sufis; and undoubtedly, its culture is blessed with unmatchable values like tolerance, communal harmony, hospitality, social cohesion and women respect. ✨

Today, PMS Sindh Officers along with 4000 Provincial Cadre Officers across Pakistan have observed silent protest by wearing black ribbon against unlawful SRO 1046 issued by Establishment Division ISB & against illegal Terms & Conditions being made for PMS Cadre Sindh.
SRO 1046 is a threat to provincial autonomy.

Today morning, PMS Sindh Officers under the umbrella of APPCSA along with SSOWA & EX PCS Association will wear black ribbon to show silent protest against unlawful SRO 1046 issued by Establishment Division ISB & against illegal Terms & Conditions being made for Sindh PMS cadre.

Today, PMS Association Sindh along with YDA Sindh (Hyd) (front line soldiers) organised free Medical camp; and provided free treatment, free medicines and free food to poor people at AlMedina Town New Sabzi Mandi Halanaka Hyderabad.

Yesterday, PMSA body meeting was held at SSOWA office, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi to challenge illegal & harsh Terms & Conditions which are being made for PMS Cadre only.
A threat to PMS is a threat to Provincial Autonomy. It is requested to CM Sindh to immune/protect PMS Cadre.

Only Physical Academic Training could produce competitive, dedicated, responsible and trained Cadre officers.
PMS Sindh Officers want to gain all norms of bureaucracy which are only achieved by Physical Academic Training.
