As an HR Operations Executive you are required to act as a primary point of contact in managing employee medical facility and assist in HR operations to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Things you will be doing as an HR Executive

Payroll related tasks:

Review of time attendance for payroll
Review Employee profile and salary details in payroll
Review and verify payroll inputs
Review employee new loan and advance salary details.
Upload payroll inputs
Process Tax Calculation against salaries
Process payroll
Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Coordination with Internal Audit department for payroll verification at their end

Insurance related tasks:

Develop and amend medical policies along with timely communication to ensure that employees understand and comply with them
Assist in liaison with stakeholders for the yearly contract renewal of insurance agreement
Act as the point of contact regarding medical and group life insurance and facilitate employees proactively
Coordinate with Life & Health Insurance companies regarding accumulation/obliteration of employees and for the reimbursements of funds
Prepare trackers for both Medical and life insurance
Review procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

HR Operations related tasks:

Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Develop methods for data file formatting and management reporting
Maintain employee records (Files, Attendance, EEO data, Handbook) according to policy and legal requirements
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
