Spinach has vitamins and minerals like vitamin E and magnesium that support your immune system. This system keeps you safe from viruses and bacteria that cause disease. It also defends your body from other things that can hurt you, like toxins.

Suzaina jalil (14182) grew the morning glory plant as an activity assigned in the course of ETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. (Group #30)
The morning glory has been used as a laxative in Asian and Mesoamerican countries for centuries, and a tea was sometimes concocted from its roots as a diuretic and expectorant. Tea brewed from the dry leaves has been used by herbal healers to treat headaches, too.

This herb may have numerous health benefits.
