MYK was founded in 2002 by M. Younas Khan, a senior Banker a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered

Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. Khan has 35 years

of experience in international banking and the last position he held was as a Country General Manager of

Deutsche Bank A.G Pakistan. He is well known in the Banking, Insurance, Business Professional and

Government circles of Pakistan. He has been the President of Pakistan Banks’ Association in 1997. For

two years as President of Overseas Chamber and Commerce. He has been the Chairman of German

Business Council (Kaufmannsrunde) for 4 years

Since commencement of our meaningful business in 2003, we have gained great deal of experience. During this course of time we have had the pleasure with providing our services and working with almost

all the banks in Pakistan. We have done evaluations of wide spectrum of assets from motor vehicles,

hospitals, to power plants. On the consumer side, we have been instrumental in

valuating0residential0properties: openpplots.uurban0and agriculture0land0on0a0nationwide0basis0for0nearly0all0the

major0players0in the0market. On the Corporate and SME areas, we are proud to say that we have experts in

this field and have we have covered large spectrum of industrial units of all sizes. We have a large Valuation Department in our Head Office to cover Pakistan and we have qualified

engineers and other suitably qualified and experienced staff. We give this benefit of our experience whilst

evaluating0the0assets of the banks’ clients for their various products. We are also cognizant of the

importance to give the banks a fast turnaround time so the bank’s staff may

serve0their0clients0efficiently0enhancing0their0volumes. We specialize in Muccadum Services (Collateral Management). The underline objective is to safeguard

interest of the bank at all costs and keep the bank informed of any developments taking place at the

godowns. Presently we are providing Muccaddam services to Habib Bank Limited, Allied0Bank, Bank Al

Habib, and Bank Al- Falah, Bank Islami, Bank Al Falah Islamic, Faysal Bank, JS Bank, Summit Bank,

Silk Bank, Meezan Bank and National Bank Of Pakistan, Standard Chartered Bank. We also conduct

Stock Inspections, both hypothecated and pledged goods and also specialize in valuations of motor

vehicles or any other rolling assets. We are a nationwide firm operating in Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala and Hyderabad soon

to be opened in Islamabad. We feel that we are best suited to provide the banks our services on a nationwide basis as we have our

offices at key locations. Moreover, we can pass on to you our years of hands on experiences in the area of

Evaluations, Muccaddam (Collateral Management) and Stock Inspections.
