مرحلہ نمبر 4: فارم پر مطلوبہ معلومات کو پُر کریں۔

مرحلہ نمبر 5: فارم مکمل کرنے کے بعد فارم کے آخر میں جمع کرانے والے بٹن پر کلک کریں۔

Step 2: Click on the menu icon on the top right hand of the page.

Step 3: Select ‘Register-a-Family' from the menu.

Step 4: Fill the required information on the form.

Step 5: After completing the form click the submit button at the end of the form.
