Delegates, thank you for your participation! What started off as a noble hope and ambition, was made possible by the dedicated efforts of all of you.
We hope we've succeeded in inculcating in you, a love of MUNing, debating, public speaking and foreign affairs. The drama! The bashing! The dheet people! And best of all, you're part of the action. You get to live it.
Good luck for the future delegates. And if any of you do not go on to become great MUN champs, we're going to come after you with a big stick.
Here's to an unforgettable experience and a continued legacy. *raises placard and thumps desk*

Delegates, I hope you're aware that you WILL NOT receive your participation certificates if you:
-Do not submit your position papers at the beginning of the first committee session.
-Do not raise at least 1 motion.
-Do not speak at least twice.
-Do not attend all the committee sessions (exceptions will be made if necessary though)
-Are absent from committee session for an unspecified reason (we'll be taking attendance)
-Are caught bunking
-Deliberately do not follow the rules of procedure (no excuses here)
-Do not conduct yourselves with decorum and professionalism during committee session.

SPECPOL GROUP GUYS

Training session tomorrow, delegates. The rules of procedure will be explained fully, any questions will be answered and committee-specific sessions will also be held. This session is crucial to your performance as a delegate, therefore attendance is MANDATORY for all those taking part in CJMMUN'13.

Timings: 9am-12am (SHARP). Be there by 8:45 max.
Venue: CJM Senior School.
Attire: NO UNIFORMS. Casual attire is permitted.
Preparation: Delegates are EXPECTED to have researched their committees AND have a basic idea about their countries. If you haven't gotten your countries/committees yet tell your head delegate to check her email. Those who have gotten their study guides please print them out, read them and bring them. Bring a notebook, pen and Post-its as well as a file/folder, as you will be receiving a guide during the session.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL THOSE INVOLVED IN CJMMUN'13.
