MD STEVTA visited VTC Jacob Line on 03-06-2026 for a detailed inspection of the Model Institute. The visit focused on enhancing training standards and ensuring trainees are equipped with market-driven skills for better employment opportunities.

Ghulam Murtaza Shaikh Managing Director STEVTA visited one of our institutes in Gulistan-e-Johar operating in collaboration with Deaf Reach under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. During the visit, Mr. Richard and his team presented the institute’s progress, achievements, and overall performance, which were found to be satisfactory and encouraging.

The visit reflected STEVTA’s commitment towards strengthening inclusive technical and vocational education across Sindh through effective partnerships and quality skill development initiatives.

The 36th Board of Governors (BoG) Meeting of STEVTA was chaired by the Chairman STEVTA and Managing Director STEVTA, with the participation of BoG members and Directors. The meeting was attended by all Regional Directors, focusing on a comprehensive review of ongoing progress, performance benchmarks, and future strategic direction of STEVTA. On Tuesday, 21st April 2026, the Managing Director STEVTA, Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Sheikh, visited Government Polytechnic Institute (Womens), Landhi, Karachi.
During the visit, he reviewed ongoing academic and technical projects, inspected institutional facilities, and engaged with both faculty and students to assess the quality of training and learning standards. The MD appreciated the students for their creativity, commitment, and strong technical capabilities reflected in their project work.
He also acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the Principal and staff in upholding high standards of technical education and fostering a culture of practical, hands-on learning.
Such visits reflect STEVTA’s continued commitment to strengthening skill development, promoting innovation, and ensuring excellence across technical and vocational institutions in Sindh.
