𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨., where he is widely recognized for his leadership in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and technology strategy.

Syed Abdul Qadir also contributes to the global technology community as an advisor to the 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐈𝐎 and 𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 and is an active participant at prominent international platforms including 𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐗 𝐆𝐥𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐋, 𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐂 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐋, and 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐚𝐭.

With over two decades of experience in audit, compliance, and risk management, he brings deep expertise in Islamic banking, regulatory finance, and treasury markets. Prior to joining DIB Pakistan, he held senior audit leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank in the UAE.

In his new role, he will lead the Treasury, Risk & Finance Audit function, with a focus on strengthening governance, enhancing Shari’ah compliance, and reinforcing the bank’s risk management framework.
