Piety is a continuous state of awareness that regulates a Muslim's relationship with Allah and humanity. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say:
"Indeed, the lawful (halāl) is clear, and the unlawful (harām) is clear, and between the two are ambiguous matters which many people do not know. So whoever avoids the doubtful matters has protected his religion and his honour. And whoever falls into doubtful matters will eventually fall into the unlawful, like a shepherd who grazes his flock near a protected sanctuary; he is bound to fall into it. Verily, every king has a sanctuary, and the sanctuary of Allah is His prohibitions. Truly, in the body, there is a morsel of flesh which, if it is sound, the entire body will be sound; and if it is corrupt, the entire body will be corrupt. Verily, it is the heart." – Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink (i.e. Allah will not accept his fasting.)

Narrated Abu Huraira(r.a): The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:"whoever fasts during Ramadan out of sincere faith and hopes to attain Allah's rewards, then all his past sins will be forgiven." (Imam Bukhari).
May we all be steadfast on our Iman, and be guided towards the right path, with increments in our good deeds !

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this important conversation on the Palestinian struggle and the responsibilities we share as a global Muslim community.
