A certificate distribution ceremony was held to recognize the outstanding efforts of the Civic Club leaders and the most prominent students of Grade 8. HM Sir Ali proudly presented certificates to the dedicated students who actively participated and showed excellent performance in Civic Club activities. Science Experiment Exchange Activity 🔬🤝

A collaborative science experiment exchange activity was conducted between GGSS Block V, Shah Faisal Colony No. 5, and GGLSS Saadi. The purpose of this activity was to promote practical learning, teamwork, and the sharing of scientific knowledge among students.🌍🌠

Students from both schools enthusiastically presented and demonstrated different science experiments. They observed each other’s work, asked questions, and learned new scientific concepts through hands-on experience. 🧪✨

Health Awareness Session Regarding Dewombing and Measles 🔍🔦💉💊

A health awareness campaign on deworming and measles prevention was conducted at GGSS Block 5, Shah Faisal Colony. 🏫🩺 The session aimed to educate students about the importance of regular deworming 💊, maintaining hygiene 🧼, and protecting children from measles through timely vaccination 💉. Teachers and health representatives guided students through informative talks and interactive discussions. 👩‍🏫📢

International Education Day Celebration – GGSS Block V 📚✨

International Education Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at GGSS Block V to highlight the importance of education in shaping a better future 🌍🎓. Students presented a colorful tableau 🎭 reflecting the power of education, equality, and lifelong learning. Teachers delivered informative lectures 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 emphasizing the role of education in personal growth and national development.

Students also delivered meaningful speeches 🗣️ sharing their views on how education can bring positive change in society. A short drama act 🎬 was performed by students, portraying the challenges faced due to lack of education and the transformative impact of learning.

CIVIC CLUB
" DONATION FOR CHILDREN "
Grade 8 students of GGSS Block V successfully organized a donation activity to support needy and poor student of our school💝🎁. The students voluntarily collected money with great enthusiasm and a strong sense of social responsibility🎀🌺. This activity helped develop empathy, generosity, and civic awareness among students, while encouraging them to play an active role in helping the less fortunate members of society🍀.

A biochemist visited our school as a guest speaker and conducted an informative session with Grade 8 students. She introduced the field of biochemistry, explaining how it connects biology and chemistry to understand living organisms💐. The speaker also shared insights about biochemistry as a profession, including career opportunities, required education, and its importance in medicine, research, and daily life. The session was interactive and helped students develop interest in science and future career options💡♦️👩🏿‍🎓.

Essay competition was conducted between the students of class 7th and class 8th📝📖.Through Essays Students suggest various solutions for the betterment of Karachi💡.
At the end, the teacher also announced the first three winners of the essay competition🏅📝."

A ceremony of sash giving to the newly appointed Prefects, and High Achievers was held on 1st December 2025 at GGSS Block V🎤🏆🏅. The Incharge HM ,Co-ordinators & Senior Staff presented the sashes to the deserving students, symbolizing their leadership roles🏆. All the sash holders are quite excited to accept the responsibility of supporting their teachers in maintaining the discipline and polishing their leadership skills.💡🏅👩🏿‍🎓
