نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ پروگرام پر کام میں تیزی آچکی ہے اوراس منصوبے کے تحت لاکھوں گھروں کی مرحلہ وارتعمیر جلد شروع ہوگی.حکومت نے نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ پروگرام کے تحت لاہور، کراچی، اسلام آباد، ملتان، فیصل آباد، جہلم، کوئٹہ، راولپنڈی، پشاورسمیت دیگرشہروں میں رجسٹریشن کا جلد آغازکرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ ملک میں اس وقت ایک کروڑ گھروں کی کمی ہے۔ اس پروگرام کے تحت لاکھوں گھروں کی مرحلہ وارتعمیر شروع کی جائے گی جو دو، تین اور چار بیڈ رومز کے اپارٹمنٹس پر مشتمل ہوں گے۔ اس پروگرام سے لوئرمڈل کلاس اورلوئرکلاس کے افراد کو بھی ورلڈ کلاس ماہرین تعمیرکی سرپرستی میں بننے والے گھر فراہم کئے جائیں گے۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان منصوبے کو پاکستان کی تاریخ میں ایک سنگِ میل قرار دے چکے ہیں۔ منصوبے میں اوورسیز پاکستانیوں کیلئے دس فیصد مخصوص کوٹہ ہوگا۔
نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ پروگرام بھی نہ صرف بے گھر افراد کو چھت فراہم کرے گا بلکہ اس سے 60 لاکھ ہنرمندوں کے لیے روزگاربھی پیدا ہوگا۔ تعمیراتی صنعت میں ترقی سے سیمنٹ، لوہا، اسٹیل، اینٹ اوربجری کی صنعتیں فروغ پاتی ہیں۔ ان کے علاوہ پتھر، شیشے، پینٹ اورلکڑی کے کاروباربھی رفتار پکڑتے ہیں۔ مال کی ترسیل کے لیے استعمال ہونے والی ٹرانسپورٹ انڈسٹری کی بھی ترقی ہوتی ہے۔

Naya Pakistan Housing project to create jobs for youth: PM
Prime Minister Imran Khan said ‘ Program’ (NPHP) will create employment opportunities for youth as 40 industries were linked with this initiative while 40 more will be associated to it in future.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the housing scheme on Saturday, the premier explained that the private sector will hugely benefit from the scheme as it will build the five million houses of and the government will be there to provide assistance in the process.

In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 3,000 units would be established.
The registration process for the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme began on October 22 in last year.
