The Society was stated its first project at Northern Bypass Karachi, then after in 2016 we go ahead an started new project under title Hassan Town at Scheme 33, which is now completed now the society working on new project "Hassan Town B" The Project situated also in Scheme 33 Karachi.

اشتہار ہذا کے ذریعہ گلستان سکینہ فاطمہ سوسائٹی کے تمام ممبران کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ جلد سوسائٹی آفس سے رابطہ کرکے اپنے کوائف اپڈیٹ کروالیں، کیونکہ مورخہ 18 جون 2023 کو سوسائٹی ہذا کی جنرل باڈی اجلاس کے مطابق واجبات کی عدم ادائیگی کی صورت میں ممبران کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کی جائے گی جسکے لئے سوسائٹی نے ممبران کو دو نوٹسز حوالہ نمبر GSF/D-W-N 01-20-7/23 اور SAP-Gsf-Rn-01-23 بذریعہ ڈاک جاری کیئے ہیں لیکن ممبران کے کوائف اپڈیٹ نا ہونے کی صورت میں واپس آگئے ہیں ، لہذا ممبران سوسائٹی آفس فوری رابط کریں باصورت دیگر سوسائٹی ہذا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی۔

Gulistan e Sakeena Fatima (GSF) is a Housing and Constrution Company, Running Project with same name in karachi.
The First Project was established in 2006 with the tile of Gulistan e sakeena fatima Co. Housing Society, it is a Cooperative housing project situated at Scheme 45 Northern By Pass karachi.
The Company GSF Has also a Private Builder project in Karachi Best location scheme 33.
