District Youth Office Kohat

District Youth Office Kohat, under the directions of the District Administration Kohat and in collaboration with Rescue 1122, successfully organized a One-Day First Aid and Safety Training at Al Haram Institute of Medical Sciences Kohat.

The training session aimed to create awareness among youth regarding emergency response, basic first aid, CPR, and safety measures to help save lives during emergencies.

The event was graced by District Youth Officer Kohat Mr. Faisal Khan Wazir, CEO of Al Haram Institute of Medical Sciences Kohat Mr. Malak Shad Muhammad, Principal Al Haram Institute of Medical Sciences Kohat Miss Laiqa Lajeen, and Training Wing Incharge Rescue 1122 Kohat Mr. Jawad Afridi.
The trainers from Rescue 1122 provided practical demonstrations and valuable guidance on handling emergency situations effectively. The participants showed great enthusiasm and actively took part in the training activities.

District Youth Office Kohat, under the directions of the District Administration Kohat, successfully organized a program in connection with the Anniversary of Marka-e-Haq at District Council Hall Kohat.
Students from different institutions actively participated in the event and delivered inspiring speeches and tableaus highlighting the spirit of patriotism, sacrifice, and national unity. A rally was also organized in solidarity and unity with the Pakistan Army, where participants expressed their love and support for the armed forces of Pakistan.
The event was graced by distinguished guests including Deputy Commissioner Kohat Mr. Muhammad Nawaz, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohat (G) Mr. Hamid Iqbal, District Khateeb Kohat M***i Shafi Ullah, District Youth Officer Kohat Mr. Faisal Khan Wazir, along with heads of various line departments.
The program concluded with appreciation for the talented students and a renewed commitment to promote awareness, unity, patriotism, and positive values among the youth.

The session aimed to educate participants about the causes, prevention, and management of thalassemia, while highlighting the importance of early screening and voluntary blood donation.

The event was graced by distinguished guests including District Representative of The Blood Heroes Team Kohat Mr. Gull Noor, MD Emirate Nursing Institute Kohat Mr. Niaz Ali, Speaker/Trainer Dr. Gul Zar, Administrative Frontier Foundation Kohat Mr. Sahibzada Ismail, and Rescue 1122 Training Wing Incharge Mr. Jawad Afridi. The speakers shared valuable insights, raising awareness among students and participants about this critical health issue.

The session concluded with active participation and engagement from attendees, marking a meaningful step towards promoting health awareness and a sense of community responsibility among youth.

The ceremony was graced by District Youth Officer Kohat Mr. Faisal Khan Wazir, MD Collegiate School and College Mr. Malak Shad Khan, Principal Mr. Jamal Afridi, and Youth MPA Malak Hashmat Khan.

During the event, the guests also addressed the participants and shared valuable insights, encouraging youth to utilize digital skills for positive opportunities in freelancing, media, and creative fields.

A total of 40 students actively participated in the course. Certificates were distributed among the participants in recognition of their successful completion.
