While the by-elections in NA-133, Lahore, are going on, residents of the Bahar Colony have together and demanded political parties to provide them clean water. Pakistan People’s Party’s former member of the Punjab Assembly Faiza Malik said she would take up this matter. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf member of the Punjab Assembly Sadia Sohail Rana, who is also director of Lahore Development Authority (LDA), promised that the Authority would test the water here and if needed, pipelines will be changed. Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz former member of Punjab Assembly Mary James Gill, said water was on the priority of her party and after these elections, the matter will be taken up.
