Day 1 of Rescue Scout Corps Level-02 pushed participants beyond basics—fire safety, emergency response, and life-saving techniques under Rescue 1122 experts.

UOL-SARC participated in the 7th National Rescue Challenge (1122) in September October 2018, being organized at the National Center of Excellence. We also secured 3rd Position. The event was all about improving coordination and to ensure uniform standards of Emergency Services in the country. The event was formally inaugurated by Director General, Punjab Emergency Service, Dr Rizwan Naseer.

Training
UOL-SAR will train and prepare to provide professional level skills.UOL-SAR will act as a Volunteer Organization Active in Disasters in both the response and recovery phases of disasters and incidents.

We will deliver service that meets or exceeds the requested assistance while ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and partners.

UOL Relief Trust with its inception in 2005 gave birth to the UOL Search and Rescue club (SAR). UOL Search and Rescue Club volunteers are trained to deal with all kinds of calamities and disasters, they regularly compete in local & international S&R competitions to sharpen their skills further. Since the programme launched in 2005, UOL-SAR has trained over 325 students.

The UOL relief Trust because of its volunteers who were trained climbers, trekkers and mountaineers, was able to deal with the situation better than others. The fact that Pakistan had ample manpower but still needed teams from Peru, Korea, and France etc to recover bodies, handle debris and give basic first aid to victims was thought provoking. As we continue to grow as an organization, we are confident our students will have a significant community impact in different areas of Pakistan.

It is a herculean task maintaining a healthy lifestyle alonside the rigorous routine of life.
