The United OFW in Pakistan Annual Sports Festival 2024 in Lahore was a huge success! On November 3, 2024, over 500 Filipinos from diverse professions gathered for an unforgettable celebration of unity, sportsmanship, and vibrant culture.
Honorary Consul Mr. Fahdel Sheikh and Honorary Consul for Sri Lanka Mr. Yasin Joya graced the event, which was led by President United OFW Lucia Ortigoza Decocades, Vice President Susan Nadeem, and Secretary Barbie Tansingco.
The festival kicked off with inspiring messages from the guests of honor, followed by a heartfelt tribute to both Pakistani and Filipino national anthems. The Filipino community showcased their rich heritage through cultural dances, skits, and musical performances, promoting hope, world peace, and progress.
The six-color team competition fostered teamwork, healthy rivalry, and unity, while colorful stalls offered traditional Filipino snacks, cultural exhibits, and authentic merchandise.
This momentous occasion will be cherished by all who attended, serving as a beacon of unity and Filipino spirit in Pakistan. Mabuhay!

This service will be specially organised on Sunday 17th September 2023
Timing : 11 am- 1:30 pm
Followed by Funeral Prayer for the late
Gladyes Jumayao Esmael.

We wish to inform the Filipino community that a Consular Team from the Philippine Embassy will be in Lahore to provide CONSULAR/PASSPORT SERVICES. Holders of Philippine passports which are due to expire within the next six (6) months are encouraged to renew their passports as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
