The three-day Capacity Building Training for Assistant Directors/Medical Social Services Units (MSSUs) concluded successfully at SWTI Lahore.

The concluding day featured a practical session on the MSSU MIS App, conducted by Ms. Humaira from PITB, followed by insightful sessions by Dr. Imdad Hussain, Consultant/Director, Irfa Karim University, Lahore, on Psycho-Social Support, Patient Counselling, professional roles and boundaries of MSOs, Psychologists & Psychiatrists, and professional ethics, dignity and transparency in MSSUs.

Participants highly appreciated the training, giving positive feedback regarding its usefulness, resource persons and training contents. The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates among participants.

A one-day onsite training on “Child Protection & Safeguarding” was conducted for the *resident children of Children Home (Female), Sialkot,* focusing on awareness, personal safety, protection and safe practices.
The session was followed by a dedicated training for the *care staff,* aimed at strengthening their understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and child-friendly care.

The Pre-Promotion Mandatory Training for Assistants (BS-16), Senior Clerks (BS-14) & Junior Clerks (BS-11) successfully concluded today at Social Welfare Training Institute (SWTI), Lahore.

The Director General, Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Dr.Shahinshah Faisal Azim, graced the closing ceremony, interacted with the trainees and encouraged them towards continued professional excellence.The participants appreciated the training and expressed their satisfaction with the overall learning experience.
