📚✨ Successfully Concluded 03-Day Capacity Building Training ✨📚
A 03-day Capacity Building Training on Project Cycle Management, Proposal Writing, and NGOs’ Record Keeping was successfully organized from 19th May to 21st May 2026 in collaboration with Community World Services Asia (CWSA).
The training brought together 30 representatives from eminent NGOs across Punjab, providing an interactive platform for learning, experience sharing, and strengthening professional capacities in the development sector.
Participants actively engaged in practical sessions on project planning, proposal development, documentation, and effective record management to enhance organizational performance and transparency.
Such initiatives reflect our commitment towards empowering NGOs and promoting sustainable social development through capacity building and collaboration. 🤝🌟

A One-Day Consultative Session on the establishment of a Research & Development Centre was held at Social Welfare Training Institute Lahore on 14 May 2026 under the chair of Dr. Shahanshah Faisal Azim, Director General Social Welfare.
Academicians from different universities, researchers, professionals, and departmental officers participated in the session and shared valuable input regarding the proposed structure, functions, and future collaborations of the R&D Centre.
The initiative marks an important step towards promoting research, innovation, and evidence-based policymaking in the Social Welfare Department.

✨ First Time Ever at SWTI ✨
Two-Day Basic Hospitality Training for Naib Qasids/Peons of the department was successfully organized by SWTI LHR on 12–13 May 2026 in collaboration with COTHM .
Officials from DG Office and Lahore district offices actively participated in the interactive sessions and practical demonstrations conducted by expert trainers from COTHM.
Participants highly appreciated the initiative and recommended that such trainings should be arranged at the time of joining service as well. 👏

One-Day Capacity Building Training on e-FOAS, HRMIS, and KPI Systems was successfully conducted today for the first batch.
Directors, Deputy Directors, and support staff from the Lahore, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala Divisions participated in the session, with a total of 34 participants in attendance. The training was highly interactive, focusing on hands-on learning, and concluded with a post-training assessment.
The closing session was graced by Dr. Shahinshah Faisal Azim Director General Social Welfare, who addressed the participants and took detailed feedback, encouraging continuous learning and effective implementation of digital systems within the department.
