From a disheartened graduate to a proud provider meet Zobia Tasneem, a Mein Digital success story.

After marriage, household responsibilities pushed Zobia's career dreams out of reach. Through PSDF's Mein Digital program, she was given a desktop and mentorship in e-commerce, digital marketing, and graphic design and within four weeks, was earning PKR 200,000 a month from her own home.

Our CEO, Ahmed Khan, joined a panel at at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) where he emphasized that meaningful gender equality requires moving beyond skills provision to creating the social, economic and structural conditions in which women can exercise agency and benefit from their skills. The panel brought together voices from across South Asia to look at women's experiences through intersecting lenses: neoliberalism, patriarchy, gender performativity and structural barriers. It also made the case for decolonized approaches to sustainable development and gender equality.

Revisiting the energy from PSDF Roadshows 2026. PSDF held its annual roadshows in Lahore and Multan, bringing together over 50 Training Service Providers (TSPs) from across Punjab to align on program priorities, quality standards and upcoming opportunities for collaboration.

The sessions reaffirmed PSDF's commitment to working closely with its TSP network to deliver high-quality and market-relevant skills training to youth across the province.
