2016 Türkiye Scholarships Applications

Applications for Türkiye Scholarships will be received by 28 February-31 March 2016. The application to Türkiye Scholarships programmes is online and totally free process. Applications delivered by hand or post will not be evaluated.

Candidates can apply only one scholarship programme in accordance with their educational background and academic goals.

Türkiye Scholarships include both scholarship and university placement at the same time. Applicants will be placed in a university and programme among their preferences specified in the online application form.

Most programmes in Turkish universities are instructed in Turkish. However, some departments and universities offer programmes in English, French or Arabic. The candidates who want to study in these languages need to have an internationally recognized certificate to prove their language proficiency. Also, most of these foreign language programmes may ask international admission test scores such as GRE, GMAT, SAT etc. Candidates can check the language of instruction while selecting the programmes.

All Türkiye Scholarships winners who do not have C1 Level Certificate for Turkish Proficiency (including those who are placed into English, French or Arabic-taught programmes) must attend 1-year Turkish Preparatory Course.

Art and Sport Scholarship Programmes is specifically designed to encourage the skilled international students in the fields of art and sport to study at undergraduate, master or PhD (proficiency in art) degree levels in the prestigious Turkish universities with opportunities of Türkiye Scholarships. Applicants selected to be funded take one-year Turkish Language Course covered by scholarship. Subsequently, they have to receive an acceptance from the relevant faculties of Turkish universities. Applicants are expected to have documents (official certificate, portfolio, etc.) to prove their success in the field they apply for.

Special Note for Candidates from Syria:

Application and selection process for candidates from Syria will be carried out with a different schedule from general schedule of Türkiye Scholarships. Information about deadlines and implementation will be shared afterwards.

By taking this opportunity, we would like to remind you that candidates from Syria applying for a scholarship in undergraduate level must take the Equivalence Exam held by Ministry of National Education of Republic of Turkey and must be successful at this exam in order to be granted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for Undergraduate Programmes, applicants must;
be a citizen of a country other than Turkey (Anyone holding or ever held Turkish citizenship before cannot apply),
not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the level of study they are applying,
be have graduated or are likely to graduate from a secondary education institution,
born no earlier than 01.01.1995 for undergraduate programmes,
have at least specified (% 90 for medical sciences, % 70 for other undergraduate programs) cumulative grade point average, diploma grade, national exam or international exam score,
be in good health To be eligible for Postgraduate Programmes, applicants must;

have at least 75 % cumulative grade point average or diploma grade over their maximum graduation grade or have at least 75 % success in any accepted national or international graduate admissions test.

Announcement regarding holding of written for the (Press Release)

This is in continuation of this Embassy's earlier Press Release of January 20, 2016 regarding holding of written exam for the Scholarships to be awarded to the Afghan students for this year. The written exam for the scholarships would be held at the Embassy of Pakistan, Kabul onMarch 10, 11 & 12, 2016. Only those students, who have already registered with this Embassy of Afghan Ministry of Higher Education for this purpose, are allowed to appear in the test. The schedule for test will be as under:

All students must bring their registrations forms, copy of shahadatnama (12th Grade Certificate), Tazkira and two photographs with them for the test. Students must also bring their writing material and clip board with them.

بورس رایگان کوریا

پوهنتون امریکایی (State University of New York ) SUNY کشور کوریا از اعطای یک سیت بورسیه تحصیلی در مقطع لیسانس برای سال2016 اطلاع داده است که موضوع به جلسه مورخ 25/دلو/1394 کمیسیون عالی توزیع بورسها مطرح فیصله بعمل برآن گردید تا بورسیه مذکور تحت شرایط ذیل بصورت آزاد اعلان گردد:

شرایط بورسیه:

- فیصدی نمرات دوره ثانوی کاندید کمتر از 70 فیصد نباشد .

- ثبت نام بصورت آنلاین از طریق وب سایت http://apply.sunykorea.ac.kr صورت گرفته که باید روی گزینه Undergraduate Application : fall 2016 رفته و پروسه ثبت نام را تکمیل نمایند .

اسناد مورد ضرورت :

- ارایه شهادتنامه با تائید و مهر وزارت محترم امور خارجه .

- داشتن سند اصلی (IELTS6.5/ TOEFL IBT80) که وقت آن سپری نگردیده باشد .

- ارایه سفارش نامه(Recommendation Letter ) و معرفی نامه شخصی (Personal Statement ) .

- نوشتن یک مقاله( Topic Essay) البته نوشتن آن اختیاری میباشد .

- سند TOEFL را به کود مخصوص پوهنتون SUNY که 7499 میباشد، ارسال نمایند.

مسئوولیت ها :

- محصل باید تمام قوانین و مقررات کوریایی جنوبی و پوهنتون SUNY را احترام گذاشته ، نظم و دسپلین را جداً مراعات نمایند .

- محصل باید از افغانستان نماینده گی خوب نموده و در ختم دوره تحصیل خصوصاً بعد از ختم دو سال دوم از ایالات متحده امریکا به کوریا برگشته و ادامه تحصیل نمایند .

امتیازات یک نفر محصل قبول شده :

- در صورتیکه کاندید در این بورسیه قبول گردد ، تمام مصارف دوره لیسانس وی که جمعاً در حدود صد هزار دالر امریکایی می گردد ،توسط پوهنتون SUNY پرداخت خواهد شد .

- بر علاوه پرداخت مصارف فوق پوهنتون مذکور برای کاندید لیلیه ، لابراتوار و ماهانه یک مقدار پول به عنوان جیب خرچ پرداخت خواهد نمود .

- محصل سال اول در مقر پوهنتون SUNY در ولایت انچان کوریای جنوبی ، سال دوم را در پوهنتون ستونی بروک Stony Brook در نیویارک ایالات متحده امریکا، سال سوم و چهار را دوباره در کوریای جنوبی تحصیل خواهد نمود همچنان تکت طیاره رفت و برگشت به عهده محصل می باشد.
