Online College Admissions System (OCAS) is built to provision easy, convenient, efficient and reliable access to students for admissions in government colleges for higher level of education. The solution is based upon a collaborative relationship between Higher Education Department, Eight Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) of Punjab, Bank of Punjab, and Punjab Information technology Board.

Higher Education Department has selected colleges of different districts where admission to intermediate classes for the new academic session will be made online. The initiative is aimed at enhancing the efficiency and ensure maximum transparency.
