Dear Residents and Members of Chinar Bagh and Chinar Courts,

We are pleased to invite you to the flag hoisting ceremony for the 77th Independence Day of Pakistan. The ceremony will take place at the Society Office, 51 Punjab Block, Chinar Bagh.

The President, management, and distinguished residents will hoist the flag today on 14th of August 2024, at 10 AM.
A cake-cutting ceremony will follow.

خصوصی جنرل میٹنگ کے انعقاد کی تاریخ میں معمولی تبدیلی کی گئی ہے۔ اس اجلاس کا پہلے 7 جولائی 2024کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا۔ اور تمام ممبران کو بذریعہ اخبارات اور ڈاک( UPC) اطلاع کر دی تھی۔

اب اسپیشل جنرل میٹنگ (SGM) 14 جولائی بروز اتوار مین پارک، چنار باغ، لاہور میں ہوگی۔ تاریخ کی تبدیلی پوسٹل سرٹیفکیٹ UPC کے تحت تمام ممبران کو دوبارہ سرکولیشن کر دی گئی ہے اور اسے معروف اخبارات میں شائع کیا گیا ہے۔ براہ کرم 7 جولائی 2024 کے سابقہ ​​نوٹس کو نظر انداز کریں اور 14 جولائی 2024 بروز اتوار صبح 11 بجے مین پارک، چنار باغ، لاہور میں ہونے والی خصوصی جنرل میٹنگ میں شرکت کریں۔

ڈئیر ریذیڈنٹس ، ممبرز، انویسٹرز اور ڈیلرز۔
"دی گریٹر لاہور کوآپریٹو ہاوسنگ سوسائٹی لمیٹڈ" کی انتظامیہ آپ کو انتہائی شفاف اور 100% LDA سے منظور شدہ ہاؤسنگ پروجیکٹ یعنی "چنار باغ فیز 2" سے متعارف کرواتے ہوئے خوشی محسوس کر رہی ہے۔ یہ پروجیکٹ شاہین اور نشاط بلاک کے بالکل ساتھ واقع ہے۔ اس پراجیکٹ کی اپنی:

2- خوبصورت مسجد،
3- اسٹیٹ آف دی آرٹ سوسائٹی آفس،
4- قبرستان،
5- اسکول،
6- ہسپتال،
7- سیوریج اور ڈسپوزل اسٹیشن،

9- پینے کے صاف پانی کی فراہمی،

اور دیگر سہولیات ہیں۔
اس پروجیکٹ کے اسپانسرز بہت جلد 100 ٹاؤن ہاؤسز بنانے جا رہے ہیں۔ جن کے ڈرائنگ اور ڈیزائن منظوری کے لیے ایل ڈی اے کو بھجوا دیے گئے ہیں۔ اس پروجیکٹ کا ایک گیٹ جیا بھاگا مین روڈ پر کھولا جائے گا۔جس سے سوسائٹی میں آنے اور جانے میں آسانی ہو جائے گی۔ اس پراجیکٹ سے 5 منٹ کے واکنگ ڈسٹنٹس پر پنجاب سکول ، لیک سٹی اور اڈہ پلاٹ تک بھی پہنچا جائے گا۔ براہ کرم اپنی آرام دہ زندگی کے لیے ایل ڈی اے کے منظور شدہ اس پروجیکٹ کو دیکھیں۔ مستقبل قریب میں یہ ٹاؤن ہاؤسز عام لوگوں کو سرمایہ کاری کرنے یا پرامن زندگی گزارنے کے لیے پیش کیے جائیں گے۔

President Abdul Rasheed Bhatti has ordered to complete the formalities of documents under the instructions and guidance of all concerned departments and for approval from LDA. Preparation of maps is in final stage. After which the development works of Jhelum and Punjab Extension will start very soon. Developing this piece of land (Jhelum and Punjab Extension) is the top priority of the newly elected administration. Stay in touch to hear the good news soon.
