Under the esteemed leadership of Honorable Mrs. Faryal Talpur, President PPP Women Wing and Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Home Affairs Sindh, an important meeting of all elected Members of the National Assembly from Sindh belonging to the Pakistan Peoples Party was held at Jakhrani House, Karachi. The meeting was hosted by Chief Whip National Assembly, Chairman Standing Committee on Communications, and MNA Jacobabad, Mr. Mir Ijaz Hussain Khan Jakhrani.
During the meeting, all MNAs briefed Mrs. Faryal Talpur on the ongoing development works and the key issues faced in their respective constituencies. Mrs. Faryal Talpur issued clear directives to the concerned authorities and emphasized working day and night in line with the vision of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to ensure improved healthcare facilities across Sindh, including NICVD, Trauma Centers, SIUT, betterment of education, establishment of universities, Cadet Colleges, and IBA Colleges in every district.
She further stressed immediate improvements in the road sector, construction of roads from urban areas to even the smallest villages, resolution of municipal issues such as sanitation, drainage, solid waste disposal, and provision of clean drinking water. Special initiatives such as Hari Cards for farmers, Senior Citizen Cards for the elderly, and the swift completion of houses for rain-affected families were also highlighted to ensure better facilities for the people of Sindh.
It was decided that another meeting will be convened soon, and a detailed report on the outcomes of the current meeting and progress of ongoing projects will be sought.
