The Construction work is going great. The Pace is very good.

CBD has launched The Second Walk.
After a good response from the CBD walks 1. There are 20 premium units in this part. with same payment plan of 1 year followed by Quarterly Payments. Each unit is of 16 Crore. This time its through ballot and one who is successful will have the unit unlike the previous one which was auction.

The Construction of CBD walks has been started and contractor Kingcrete is building the whole project.
