Ladies and gentlemen, meet Shariqa Baloch, the President of YPDC UOL a leader whose dedication, vision, and unwavering commitment define the very essence of excellence.
A final-year dermatology student with outstanding academic results and serving as a Sustainability Goals Ambassador at UOL, Shariqa combines intellectual rigor with exceptional leadership and a deep sense of social responsibility. Her ability to balance academics, organizational responsibilities, and sustainability initiatives demonstrates her remarkable discipline and focus.
If you've worked with Shariqa, you know one thing for certain - nothing goes unnoticed. Details matter. Deadlines matter. Standards matter. And above all, time matters. While some call it overthinking, she calls it foresight. She evaluates, plans, and prepares not out of doubt, but out of a refusal to let anything compromise the quality and vision of YPDC.
"Yeh bhi sahi nahi lag raha... agar yeh ho gaya toh woh ho jayega..." Behind these words lie discipline, risk management, and meticulous planning. She doesn't believe in "chalta hai." Meetings start on time, tasks are tracked, and follow-ups happen. Strict when required, serious often, and committed always - her guidance turns challenges into structured outcomes, overthinking into organizational growth, and pressure into perfection. And while she often says "I don't care," behind that attitude is a thoughtful, attentive, and deeply caring leader who notices every detail and ensures nothing is left unchecked.
YPDC is not simply announcing a new President; we are reinforcing a culture of responsibility, punctuality, and excellence - under leadership that embodies all three. Here's to President Shariqa Baloch - may your vision, compassion, and standards continue to guide and inspire YPDC.

We are proud to introduce Mansoor as the Vice President of YPDC — a leader whose dedication, vigilance, and experience make him an indispensable part of the organization.
Some people leave an impression by presence alone, but Mansoor goes beyond that — he is everywhere, always aware, and always ready to take charge.
There isn’t a single event, big or small, where Mansoor isn’t present. Meetings, discussions, or organizational responsibilities — he is already there, already handling it. The most active, the most observant, he keeps track of who is present, who has contributed, and what still needs to be done. Escaping his attention is almost impossible.
Mansoor’s experience and insight set him apart. Like a seasoned mentor, he knows what works, what has been tried before, and how to organize tasks efficiently. He understands the requirements of YPDC — what is needed, when it’s needed, and how it should be executed. He stands firm for his team, respects everyone in the society, and fits into his role so naturally that it seems the position was made for him.
Mansoor isn’t just a Vice President. He is the stability, the experience, and the presence that the organization can always rely on. His commitment, discipline, and professionalism make him a role model for everyone around him.
Congratulations, Vice President Mansoor — a leader who is always there, always prepared, and always dedicated.

We are proud to present Moazam Baloch as the General Secretary of YPDC — a leader whose calm presence and sharp strategy make him the anchor and the spark of the organization.
Some leaders are loud in words.
Some are loud in results.
Moazam Baloch belongs to both.
Composed, observant, and strategically sharp, he carries responsibility with quiet confidence. He studies before deciding, calculates before acting, and once committed, ensures ex*****on with structure, precision, and accountability. Methodical, dependable, and highly organized, he inspires trust and sets standards for those around him.
Beneath that calm exterior lies a fierce competitive spirit. He doesn’t just participate — he plays to win. And when he does, that rare celebratory “yeahh mein jeet gaya!” briefly replaces the strategist before composure returns. If he encounters something confusing, he simply asks, “Kaisay?” — a small reminder that curiosity and learning are part of his approach. Often called the “mafia” of YPDC, not for noise or authority, but because whenever we play the game Mafia, he always ends up being the mafia. He moves with coordination, loyalty, and quiet control, revealing little while observing more. People think they’ve understood him until they realize there’s another layer.
Competitive fire.
Strategic mind.
Responsible leadership.
Selective emotions.
Not everyone gets access to the full picture. And perhaps that’s the point.
Congratulations to our General Secretary, Moazam Baloch — a leader defined by vision, integrity, and quiet brilliance.

We are proud to introduce Muhammad Suleiman as the Media Relations Officer (MRO) of YPDC — a role he already embodies through his calm, thoughtful, and effective approach.
Some people lead with volume. Others lead with composure. Muhammad Suleiman represents the latter — calm in voice, sharp in mind, and steady under pressure. He does not rush, he does not panic. He listens carefully, thinks critically, and responds with clarity and logic.
Respectful in attitude yet strong in argument, he steps into discussions to refine ideas, not to create conflict. When responsibilities increase, he becomes the reassuring presence — “Koi masla nahi, ho jayega kaam, mein hoon na.” His ability to stay composed while managing multiple tasks reflects true professionalism and reliability.
Muhammad Suleiman’s media skills are exceptional. From managing publications to coordinating media content, he brings structure, creativity, and precision to every project. Always smiling and laughing, constantly typing away on his phone, and secretly a badminton guru, he somehow manages to make even the busiest days feel lighter while ensuring every media initiative runs smoothly.
Congratulations to our Media Relations Officer, Muhammad Suleiman — a calm thinker, sharp debater, skilled media strategist, and dependable presence who proves that you can be serious, effective, and still have fun while doing it!

We are proud to introduce Tameema as the new Coordinator of YPDC — a role she has already been living through her dedication and excellence.
Some people work hard. Some people stay consistent. And then there’s Tameema — the embodiment of professionalism, dedication, and quiet excellence. Always punctual, reliable, and committed, she approaches every responsibility with focus and efficiency. When a task is entrusted to her, consider it done. Working hard isn’t just her habit; it’s her favorite “animal.”
Tameema masterfully balances academics, organizational responsibilities, publications, reports, and media work. From managing YPDC media publications and writing detailed reports to contributing to CSSPR while maintaining academic excellence, she handles multiple responsibilities with remarkable composure and skill.
And the funniest part? After doing all this, she’ll still say: “Kaam koi nahi hai… samajh nahi aa raha kya karun… kuch hai hi nahi karne ko.” That curiosity, that constant urge to do more, and that restlessness to improve — that’s what truly defines her. Beyond her work, her humor, sticker sense, and random comments in serious discussions bring energy and positivity to every environment.
YPDC is not simply appointing a Coordinator; we are placing our trust in someone who already exemplifies leadership, responsibility, and excellence.
Congratulations, Coordinator Tameema — the legend, the perfectionist, and the bestest.

We are proud to welcome our new Directors of Management, Hadia Shoukat Hayyat and Tariq Ali, along with Deputy Director of Management, Uzair Abbas.
Hadia Shoukat Hayyat - 7th semester Radiology student at the University of Lahore. A remarkable debater with multiple competition wins, Hadia combines sharp intellect, exceptional management skills, and a natural flair for leadership. She may appear small and delicate, but when she starts a debate, her voice booms like a double speaker-loud and commanding. She's punctual, responsible, and always understands her duties. Yet, she constantly underestimates herself. And when it comes to taking credit for her work, she simply says, "I didn't do it for credit," and walks away.
Tariq Ali-7th semester Political Science student at the University of Lahore. Calm, composed, and always wearing a welcoming smile, Tariq brings positivity and thoughtful leadership to every initiative he undertakes.
Uzair Abbas - 3rd semester student at the University of Lahore. Uzair's enthusiasm, commitment, and proactive approach make him the perfect Deputy Director to support and strengthen the team.

Fun fact: her daily armor for the world? A perfectly lined kajal!
Yaseen Jamali - 6th semester student of Politics and International Relations. Calm, composed, and respectful, Yaseen adds consistency, structure, and thoughtful support to every publication.
