Settlement Office Malakand

Today, on 27-11-2025, field work was carried out by Settlement Field Staff at Mauza Ajab Khan Qala, Dargai-i, Dargai-ii, Kharki, Pettao and Meheredai Tehsil Dargai District Malakand.

As per the schedule of General Khuli Kachehri and direction of Settlement Officer Malakand, Settlement Naib Tehsildar attended the Khuli Kachehri at Leave Post Agra, where he listened to and addressed the grievances of local residents, providing them with an opportunity to voice their concerns and issues related to land records and other settlement matters. The officer provided on-the-spot guidance and resolved the pending issues, ensuring that the concerns of the locals were heard and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Today, on 26-11-2025, field work was carried out by Settlement Field Staff at Mauza Ajab Khan Qala, Dargai-i and Kharki.

Today, on 21-11-2025, field work was carried out by Settlement Field Staff at Mauza Ajab Khan Qala, Pettao, Dargai-i, Dargai-ii and Meherdai.

Today, on 20-11-2025, field work was carried out by Settlement Field Staff at Mauza Ajab Khan Qala and Pettao.

Today on 20.11.2025, a field inspection of Settlement Naib Tehsildar was conducted in Mouza Meherdai and Settlement Field Kanungo in Mouza Dargai-i-i, where the field work was checked. Instructions were issued to speed up the work and complete the assigned tasks on time.

A progress review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Settlement Officer Malakand, Israr Ahmad. The honorable chair reviewed the field work of the field staff and strictly directed the concerned officials to speed up the work, ensure zero errors in important land records, and complete their assigned tasks.

Field work for on the spot verification of Field Book, Massavies and Katoni in mouza Meherdai is under process.
