It was founded by ret.DSP Raja Ilyas Khan of Panjeri may Allah rest him in peace (ameen) and led by his son Raja Taimoor Ilyas. The reason behind this youth leuge was to destroy the feudalism and empower the youth of Azad Jammu Kashmir to confront the problem occurring in society and to freed occupied Kashmir from india.
