Shah Sachal Sami Foundation Senior project staff organized Third Forum with potential Candidates for Local Government system was held at SSSF Branch office Sikrand district Nawabshah on dated 25-07-2015 under Citizen Voice Project. A number of representative of Political parties Expected Candidates ,Journalists , community members, lawyers, candidates from minorities and other stakeholders actively participated.

SSSF organized a Press Conference at District Press Club, Nawabshah on 22nd July 2015. Mr. Lala Arshad (Executive Director, SSSF briefed about the project activities, deliverable & achievements on Importance of Local Government System, participants were fully participate and asked different questions regarding local government system in Sindh. SSSF team briefly define & told them about their questions. In the end press Conference was ended with demanded the concern authorities will conduct the local government elections on 20th September 2015....

SSSF organized an awareness walk from SSSF head office to District Press Club Nawabshah to raise the awareness about the importance of Local government System. People form different walk of life such as Civil society, political leaders, leaders of trade & labor unions, students were present in the walk. walk participants taking play cards and banners demanding from concern authorities to conduct local government elections on time.

Second Forum with potential Candidates for Local Government system was held at Daluatpur district Nawabshah on dated 14-07-2015 under Citizen Voice Project. A number of representative of Political parties (Expected Candidates) , Journalists , community members, lawyers, candidates from minorities and other stakeholders actively participated. Event was organized by Shah Sachal Sami Foundation Senior Project staff.
